First we make sure I’m available and have the date you’re inquiring about. I book weddings 1-2 years in advance so its’s never too early to inquire.

My approach to photography is very intimate and I’ll need to put a voice/face to the inquiry. It is ESSENTIAL for me to get to know you and your partner and make sure we’re a perfect fit before moving forward.

On the call we will discuss your vision, your wants, needs and any questions you may have for me. I’ll give you a full example of what a typical wedding day looks like for me, the shots I take, how I spend my time, what all I do and can help you all with.

When you decide I’m the photographer for you I’ll send you a customized proposal for you to look over and sign as well as your invoice to pay the retainer. After the contract is signed and the non-refundable retainer is paid WE CELEBRATE! Woo! We will then set a date for your complimentary engagement session so I can get to know you both in person and learn how YOU like to be photographed.

My brides have my personal number to contact me whenever their hearts desire. There’s so much to weddings. As a newly engaged couple various questions may arise along the way and I want to be able to help you with any and all your questions you have and build the trust that i’ll be able to provide you with what you need.

This is usually the first time we meet in person. By the time we have our session we’ve already been chatting about your vision, your mood board, your outfits, color schemes and location. We’ve planned this together to the T! I’ll have a changing tent available for you in case you have a change of clothes and we will waking around a bit. Definitely bring comfy shoes! I’ll photograph you in several different areas of the location we decided on and you’ll get to see the images on my camera to ensure customer satisfaction.

I’ll send over the full edited album within 2-3 weeks after our session for you to download and print.

Yay, its wedding day! I’ll send you a text in the morning and check to see if you need any coffee or something I can grab for you. I’ll be with the wedding planner so you can enjoy your day while I capture all your special moments. I’m big on not bothering my couples or being in their faces so they remember each other and not my camera in their face. I’ll be prepared to fix your dress, sew any fabrics or buttons, glue an eyelash, or wipe any sweat off to make sure you and your love look picture ready all day and night.

When your day has come and passed I’ll still remain a friend. You will receive sneak peeks of your wedding portraits within 2-3 weeks (or sooner) after your wedding day. The full album would take 8-12 weeks depending on the season.

Your gallery will stay active for 2 years so you have plenty of time to download your images and store them in a safe place. I’ll also have a backup of your big day on my hard drive in case you lose your album. Don’t worry, I got you covered!

Once the time has passed I’ll remain your photographer for life and capture your love as it progresses in members and many more special days to come.
